Goosetea is small an Australian owned business located in Sydney.
It's out of stock, what can I do?
We're sorry to hear the product you are after is out of stock, we know it sucks. But hey, don't give up hope! Sign up for our emails and we'll make sure you're among the first to know when it's back in action.
Do you have a showroom?
Unfortunately, we don't operate a showroom. However, we've made every effort to ensure that all our product photos are available online. If you have any inquiries about our products, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us through our contact page. We're here to assist you!

When will my order be confirmed?
After you've placed your order, keep an eye on your inbox for a confirmation email containing your order number. If you can't find it within 24 hours, reach out to Goosetea Support, and we'll make sure to sort things out for you! 😊
What payment options are available?
We're flexible when it comes to online payments. You can use Visa, Mastercard, credit or debit cards, PayPal, or Apple Pay - we've got you covered!
Do prices include GST
They sure do! All prices listed on our online store already include GST for orders made within Australia.

Where do you ship to?
At the moment, our shipping adventures are all about Australia! But don't fret, we've got big dreams of spreading our shipping love even further, so stay tuned for more exciting destinations on our horizon!
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping
Flat rate: $8.95 AUD
Estimated delivery 2–5 business days
Express Shipping
Flat rate: $14.95 AUD=
Estimated delivery 1–3 business days
Please note:
For the Sturdy Spark Unicorn Backpack, standard shipping only is available. Express shipping is not applicable for this item.
Can I pick up my order?
Certainly! Orders are available for pickup in Northmead, Sydney, 2152. Be sure to select the pickup option when choosing your shipping method during checkout. Once your order is processed, we'll provide you with the pickup address.
Please contact us via email, text or give us a call on 0480284034 to organise a time before picking up your order.
As the festive season is just around the corner and to make sure you have the best experience with Goosetea pickups are now available Monday - Sunday.
I didn't receive my order confirmation email, what do I do?
Once you've placed your order, you should expect to receive an order confirmation email. If you haven't received it within 24 hours, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we'll be more than happy to assist you. And don't forget to take a peek in your spam folder, just in case!
What shipping courier do you use?
We dispatch all orders from our Sydney warehouse using Australia Post.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, we'll ensure it's meticulously packed and prepared for its journey to you! Anticipate an email from us containing a tracking number as soon as your package hits the road. This way, you can keep tabs on its journey through the capable hands of Australia Post.
How quickly do orders get processed?
We're dedicated to ensuring a speedy order fulfillment process, and you can expect your order to be shipped within 24 hours.
Please keep in mind that delivery times might fluctuate due to possible delays with Australia Post.
Can I cancel my order?
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact our support team right away. Once shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made, but you can return your order for a refund. Please see our returns policy.
Can I change my shipping address?
Need to make a last-minute tweak to your shipping address? Not a problem! Just shoot us an email over at our support team. Make sure to include your order number, and we'll give it our all to assist you. However, please be aware that once your item is on its way, we won't be able to make any changes to your order or shipping address.
Can I pay when picking up my order?
To keep things smooth and speedy, we kindly ask that you make your payment online when placing your order. Unfortunately, we can't accept payments at the pickup location at the moment. Thanks for your understanding!
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes, we can! Just be sure to include your PO Box number when placing your order.

Can I return an item?

As part of our sitewide 50% off clearance, all items are final sale.
Please read carefully before purchasing:
- All clearance items are final sale
- No refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, colour, or preference
- Items cannot be swapped or returned once purchased
Faulty items
We carefully check every order before dispatch.
However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
If confirmed faulty, we will:
- Provide a replacement at no cost, or
- Issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable
Important notes
- Return shipping costs (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using tracked postage for any approved returns
- Goosetea reserves the right to assess all claims and determine eligibility at our discretion
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Once your refund request gets the thumbs-up, we'll send you a notification and jump into action right away! Please allow up to 12 days for the refund to appear in your original payment account.
I received a damaged product, what should I do?
We're truly sorry to learn that you have received a damaged item. Don't worry! Just get in touch with our support team right away and provide us with some snapshots of the damaged item. We'll handle it from there.
